Your Policy Exposed is a self-help document preparation and consumer education service. We help you understand your own insurance policy and prepare documents that you review, sign, and send yourself, in your own name.
What this service is not
- We are not a law firm, and no attorney-client relationship is created by using this site.
- Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or investment advice.
- We do not represent you, contact insurers on your behalf, or negotiate or settle claims.
- We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any insurance company.
No guarantees
Past client results are not a prediction of your outcome. Many policies we review do not support any claim, and we will tell you if yours is one of them.
Your responsibility
Do not cancel, surrender, replace, or stop paying premiums on any policy based on this site. Those decisions can have permanent insurance and tax consequences and should be made with the records in hand and, where appropriate, licensed professional advice.
Fees
The policy review is free. Document preparation is offered for a flat fee disclosed before you pay. We never charge a percentage of any amount you recover.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your Policy Exposed is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or its materials.
